The San Diego Small Business Boot Camp is an action-oriented workshop focused on helping you tackle some of the biggest hurdles to growing and scaling your business. The core of the workshop is focused on driving sales in 2017 but also setting up your business to have predictable, sustainable long-term growth. The workshop is limited to 20 participants so you will be sure to get dedicated attention and time to focus on your biggest challenges.

• Communicating a Unique Value Proposition That Ignites Interest: How do you communicate the unique elements of your company on your website, marketing materials, social media, and to the new person you meet at Starbucks?
• Targeting the Most Profitable Customers: Who are the "right" customers (e.g. demographic, location, industry, etc.) to target with your marketing efforts?
• Marketing that Gets Attention :Where should I be spending my marketing time and money? Social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat? Google Adwords? Print advertising? Email campaigns to my existing customers?
• Converting More Leads into Paying Customers: How can I move people from being interested in my product or service to being a long-term, loyal customer?
• Growing Your Network: How can I grow my network of referral partners, influencers, media members, and others who can help drive sales for my business?

The Small Business Boot Camp consists of a full-day hands-on workshop on January 14th as well as a one-hour group webinar and one-on-one coaching session with Group Sixty coach Darren Reinke within one month after the workshop. By signing up now, you will get each of the following:

1. In-Person Workshop: A full-day workshop laser focused on growing your business in 2017. The session will use facilitated group discussions to leverage the expertise of the facilitators as well as to tap the collective wisdom of the other business owners within the group. In addition, small group break-outs will be used to tackle the specific topics noted above and allow you to learn from your peers as well as the coaches and consultants.  At the end of the day, you will walk away with a detailed action plan that you can apply immediately to grow your business in 2017 and beyond.

2. Group Webinar:  Within 2 weeks after the workshop, Darren Reinke from Group Sixty, will lead a group webinar with all boot camp participants to address key challenges that have come up related to executing individual action plans as well as to ensure each person is on track to meet the goals contained in their plan.

3. One-on-One Coaching: In addition, Darren Reinke will provide a 45-minute one-on-one coaching session with each participant within one month after the boot camp. The coaching session will focus on addressing individual goals and challenges to ensure each participant's business grows in 2017 and has the foundation in place for long-term growth.

Workshop lead Consultant and Coach

darren reinke

Darren has 20 years of experience in consulting, coaching, marketing, corporate strategy, and business development and has spent time at leading companies such as Accenture, Neutrogena, and Gap. In addition, he has launched several entrepreneurial endeavors focused on outdoor sports as well as the education market.  His expertise is helping companies transition from one stage of growth to the next through strategic consulting and business coaching. Darren launched Group Sixty in 2011 as a way to leverage his experiences in working with large, global organizations to the benefit of small and mid-size companies. His passion is helping entrepreneurs and business owners accelerate their growth and set and achieve larger and more audacious business goals. Darren received a BS from UC Davis and an MBA from UC Berkeley.
