Leaders in Transition: Don’t Just Find a New Job, Create a Career

WHAT IT IS

An intensive coaching program to help leaders in transition uncover their passion and purpose and match that with a new job. Like all of our leadership development programs, we start from the inside and work out to help leaders develop a personal leadership brand and core values and then move to the tactical elements of updating the resume and LinkedIn profile, applying for jobs, and preparing to nail the interview. Along the way, we partner with our transitioning leaders to develop a learning roadmap to help close key skill gaps necessary to land a job and take the next step in their life and career.

“The Leaders in Transition” is designed to be delivered 1-on-1 for a period of 3 months or until our clients land a new career. Custom packages can be created for leaders who are looking to accelerate their path back into the workforce.
