San Diego CEO Peer Coaching Groups: Coaching and Advisory Support for CEOs

Group Sixty’s CEOBoost is a series of peer-to-peer coaching and advisory groups for CEOs and business owners who share a common affinity beyond their role as CEO. Group Sixty is currently offering separate CEO peer groups for alums of San Diego State, UC San Diego, and the University of San Diego. The groups meet monthly for a half day to tackle key strategic issues facing members using a facilitated peer-to-peer coaching model. The group maintains a safe and supportive environment where members can share and gain insight on issues pertaining to topics such as company growth, business strategy, organizational structure, personnel issues, and succession planning as well as personal issues such as work life balance and managing stress.

*We are also in the process of launching a virtual CEOBoost chapter to create connection among CEOs who are geographically dispersed and/or are working remotely.

KEY DETAILS

WHAT: ½ day in-person peer-to-peer coaching and advisory meeting per month. Membership also includes a monthly one-on-one coaching session with group coach Darren Reinke.

WHO: 8 to 12 CEOs/business leaders who are alums of San Diego State University, UC San Diego, and University of San Diego.

WHERE: San Diego, CA (Members rotate hosting responsibility)
