WHAT IT IS

Leadership - like many other skills - requires dedication to a life  of learning, self reflection and action. Transform existing underperforming leadership teams by fostering trust,  improving communication, managing conflict and building accountability. Develop a strategy for improving  engagement, shoring up attrition, and aligning team strengths to accelerate execution.

HOW WE DO IT

Full-day sessions held monthly for three months. Sessions include experiential exercises to instill new behaviors as well as collaborative activities addressing real business issues while practicing new behaviors.
