Energized by the connection and collaboration at SHYFT 2017. Thank you Techmer PM! Inspiring presentations by John Manuck, Marc Shillum, Greg Haye, Bryan Dods, and Platt Boyd. It was a lot of fun to lead the breakout with Jenny Whitener. See you next year!

Success in business as in in life requires that we continue to grow and evolve. Markets shift, new competitors emerge, and disruption is inevitable. The best way to ensure you can adapt to change is to have a growth mindset as well as a learning plan. It consists of new skills to learn, behaviors to shift, and self limiting beliefs to eliminate. What do you have on your learning plan?

One way to shift your thinking from incremental to exponential is to consider what you would have to do to achieve a goal on a radically shortened timeline. Though it might not be 100% realistic, it's a great exercise that will force you to challenge your assumptions and the current plan to achieve your goal.
